#DIY: Everyday make-up organizer❤

Hey guys!!So we have a new diy finally!!yaay.This diy is soo soo simple but can be really helpful in organizing your dressing table or your cupboard etc. I personally keep this tray in my dresser and it makes it soo earier to find the products that i use daily!!You probably wont fit in all you're makeup in this tray so its better to make it like a daily use makeup tray or something and keep the things you use daily. So lets get started :)

•What you need:

Plastic or paper bins or unused boxes

A tray

Glue

Scrap book paper or spray paint

•Step 1:

Place the bins/boxes in the tray and arrange them the way you want to.

•Step 2:

Its looked really good when my tray matched the boxes so i spray painted the 

boxes and the tray in metallic gold!!This is totally optional but you can wrap then too  !!be creative and make yours unique!!x

•Step 3:

Again optional. I made this big bin glittery on the outside so that its a little different from the other bins but you can always make yours unique and maybe use sequins,stickers or something!!be creative x

Ps - The glitter would probably start coming out so its better to add a coating of spray adhesive or like mine..transparent nail polish!!Who ever the inventor of transparent nailpolish is just know that i love you!!it acts like a transparent layer and it totally prevents the glitter from falling off. Its soo effective since it dries easily and has that shiny effect. So i would totally suggest this!!x 

•Step 4:

Place them back on the tray and stick them on the tray with your glue to prevent them moving about on the tray.

•Step 5:

And we are doneeeee. I absolutelay lovee this diy and its soo affordable and easy!!I would totally suggest you to have separate bins for separate items..like one for lip products,the other for hand sanitizers and so on. Oh and you make like a makeup brush holder on the side of the tray or something!!Anyway i hope you guys like this diy and we will surely be making more for the hols!!Love you guys soo much!!

Trend Report: The Houndstooth❤

Houndstooth checks are almost a century old but who knew that this trend would be amongst the forever new iconic pieces?Classy and ladylike,this print totally has it all,making it my favourite trend for winter'13❤

     Anisha and I have totally been drooling over the black and white combo for a while now..infact both the outfits i have laid out for christmas and new year's are both monocrome!!Houndstooth comes in soo many items its mesmerizing at times!!Here are a few of our picks for you guys (all forever21 you know how obsessed we are with f21)

• The Essentials

                     

A big sloppy i love you to forever21 for making so many too adorable houndstooth stuff. God bless you. Seriously these are just soo cute!!!I got myself the brush set and its all soo affordable and soo amazing!!F21 has been soo thoughtful to have made these items since no other brand has houndstooth accessories so if you do own one of these,its gonna be unique and will totally stand out amongst all your other stuff❤

• The skinny pants

                                        

Skinny pants are always a good idea with coats and can always be trusted when it comes to casual but dressy occasions!!These skinnies come in many different designs but what are soo strikingly different about these are the two zippers on the left!! Its like an additional detail thing and i totally think it makes it unique amongst many of those houndstooth pants out there!!

•The Sweatshirt

You guys know how much we love our sweats do you?? And the best damn thing is when your too comfty sweats can be worn out too!!omg. This sweaty is just soo comfty and still so wearable!!Personally,i think the best part is the fact that its soft and not the traditional woven material and its like an outbreak from the houndstooth coats available in soo many varieties!!

•The coat

                  

Here's something borrowed from the boys. This oversized coat has it all. With the attention of course. The thing is to wear this coat right,its always better to minimize the look!!soo i would recommend tights or anything thats not too baggy with this coat. Comfty but practical is what this coat is all about!!

•The skirt

                           

Last but not the least is this skater skirt again from f21!!It minimizes the waist so its a great pairing up item - making it soo easy to wear it with big coats over it or with crop tops like the one on the model. Feminine and flirtilicious this skirt is totally off the track for the "Houndstooth is too formal" thing. 

•WEAR YOUR HOUNDSTOOTH RIGHT•

Be creative. Be fun. But be careful?Wearing houndstooth is not so hard. But to wear it right,you have to overthink your outfit for the day a couple of times before you actually wear it!!Houndstooth with houndstooth is basically all about minimizing the prints. For example - A big houndstooth print coat over a tiny print houndstooth dress and so on. 

Similiarly,houndstooth with other prints is not soo hard either. Try mixing and matching your houndstooth item with other prints and just be creative but be careful not to look like a garbage can at the end. Anyway always remember that houndstooth is great with bold colours ;)
